Our client is an established and well-known therapy services provider with multiple clinic locations across Western Australia specialising in complex caseloads including but not limited to behaviour support, mental health, intellectual, neurological & physical disabilities, mealtime management, augmentative & alternative communication (AAC), advanced assistive technology, home modifications and equipment prescription. About the role 

Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking a Speech Pathologist with a minimum of 6 months of experience within the disability, aged care, community, hospital, or mental health sector. The successful candidate will be provided with an established caseload primarily consisting of paediatric and school-aged clients, with some adults. In this role, you will work with clients and families of all backgrounds within a clinic, home, or school environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting paediatric clients with literacy & social skills
  • Assisting adult clients with a diverse range of conditions
  • Language development support
  • SOS feeding intervention
  • Assessment & prescription of AAC
  • Minecraft Therapy (training provided)
Essential criteria 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current National Police Clearance and WWCC
  • Clean drivers’ licence & willingness to travel (with reimbursements)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
