About the organisation 

The organisation are a well respected, small family run business who deliver in-home care services to the elderly in the comfort of their own home. They are committed to providing personalised, quality care to enable clients to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. 

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively manage the logistics & in-depth rostering for the care staff and clients throughout Perth 
  • Coordination & direction of the support staff to ensure they visit all patients they have been allocated 
  • Managing staff sick calls 7 scheduling client visits 
  • On call & after hours support as required on a fair roster 
  • General administrative & reception duties as required 
Key selection criteria 
  • Previous rostering & scheduling experience - preferably within the aged care/healthcare sector 
  • Good organisational & time management skills 
  • Great interpersonal & communication skills 
  • Demonstrated Customer Service experience
  • Computer skills for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
