Providing specialised services across the lifespan, dedicated to empowering and supporting individuals living with a disability and neurological conditions. Their specialised services include Hippotherapy, Animal-Assisted therapy, Hydrotherapy and Robotic-Assisted Rehabilitation. Due to an exciting period of growth, we're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to clinically lead and mange the Occupational Therapy team. You will play a vital role leading a close-knit team of Occupational Therapists, providing them with support and clinical education.

Key Duties 
  • Providing clinical support, mentoring and education on a regular basis
  • Coordination of training and resources for the Occupational Therapy Team
  • Managing a reduced caseload of your own - can be specific to areas of interest to you 
  • Facilitate regular 1:1 discipline/team member specific meetings 
  • Partake in the recruitment and on-boarding of clinicians  
  • Ensure effective clinical service delivery and processes 
  • Actively participate in service development within your team 
Essential Criteria 
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy 
  • AHPRA registration - no limitations 
  • Experience providing direct supervision to discipline specific teams
  • Experience working within the disability sector/NDIS Framework 
  • Experience or interest in Neurological Rehabilitation 
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred and high-quality services
  • An ongoing desire to improve and achieve personal and team goals 
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Working with Children’s Check
  • Current National Police Clearance
