Key responsibilities - Provide positive behaviour support assessments & plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions & assessments, behavioural counselling & support to a range of clients
- Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments
- Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life
Key selection criteria - Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Developmental Education
- Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, SPA, DEAI, AASW, BCBA etc.)
- Registered PBS Practitioner with NDIS
- Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS
- Demonstrated experience in writing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans
