About The Role 
This is a key leadership position within the organisation and as the Positive Behaviour Support Manager, you will play a key role in the management of a small but growing team of clinicians in ensuring therapy & PBS services and compliance with NDIS practice standards and relevant legislative requirements are met whilst working closely with the governance & wider leadership team. 

You will establish and maintain a framework that all team members have to adhere to, to enable the promotion of customer independence, actively participate and contribute to strategic planning, evaluate behaviour support plans developed by the team and lead & supervise the team to ensure staff growth, development and a high quality service is provided to clients.

Key Selection Criteria 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) or relevant clinical experience 
  • Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, SPA, DEAI or AASW) 
  • Registration with NDIS as a PBS Practitioner- proficient, advanced or specialist. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing positive behaviour support frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading allied health and/or positive behaviour support teams
